Dreaming big

Studying journalism during undergraduate school, Morgan Shingler is on the path to becoming a talented and skilled journalist. Shingler became interested in the field, her sophomore year of college, and since has become a staff member for the Ranger Rocket, at Northwest Mississippi Community College. Her goals for the future are to work for a major newspaper up north, after graduating from the University of Mississippi with her bachelors in journalism. Writing for the mass media and keeping people updated with current information are what motivates Shingler. She knows that there is bad in the world and wants to use her writing talents to spread more positive influence.
